ABOUT US
Chad Rayon picked up his first tool working alongside his father. Forty years later, that instinct — to build things right and see them through — drives every project Start to Finish Construction takes on.
Based in Sandy, Oregon and serving the Portland metro area since 2010, we've completed over 100 projects across kitchens, bathrooms, full home renovations, and everything in between.

THE TRANSFORMATION
Most remodeling projects fall apart in the handoff — between the general contractor, the tile guy, the electrician, the painter. There's no one accountable for all of it.
We handle every trade in-house. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tile — all coordinated under one team, timeline & quality standard.
Chad Rayon has been in construction for over four decades. That kind of experience means knowing which materials hold up, which shortcuts never work, and how to solve the problems that show up mid-project.
Over 100 homes transformed across Sandy, Oregon and the Portland metro area.
We are a team that cares about the outcome of every single project — because our reputation is built one home at a time.
Every project gets the same attention, care, and accountability as if it were our own home.

“Chad is first class. He is a meticulous craftsman and honest in every way. His prices are fair and he does an outstanding job cleaning up after himself. I plan on using his skills again in the near future on other work I need done.”

“I've been so lucky to have Start To Finish do my kitchen, master bathroom, and all the construction inside our business. Not to mention a ton of other small projects. I know that the job will always be done right. Chad has great ideas and has always done a fantastic job for us.”
Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
Jeanne V.
“We have had Start To Finish do multiple projects in our home. The most notable was a complete master bathroom remodel and a Trex deck and railing in our backyard. Both projects were completed just as we wanted — or better — in a timely manner. They are very careful to keep your home clean in the midst of a remodel. That attention to detail is very much appreciated. We will no doubt use Start To Finish in the future.”
