Contracted by an investor, this 1945 home in Portland was a full gut to build — every interior stripped, every system replaced. Start To Finish Construction restructured the main level entirely, splitting the kitchen and living room to carve out an additional master bedroom and bathroom. More space, better flow, a layout that actually works.
The basement was converted into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom living space — fully finished, fully permitted. All new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC throughout the home. New appliances, new cabinetry, new flooring, complete finish from top to bottom. One team, one contract, zero handoffs.
