The Longview Attic Conversion

This was Start To Finish Construction's first major gut to build project — and it set the standard for everything that followed. The roof of a 1940s Portland home was removed entirely to allow for a full attic conversion into a master bedroom and bathroom. Below, the post and beam structure in the basement was restructured, the main level kitchen and bathroom were rebuilt, and every system in the house was replaced — new roofing, new insulation, new HVAC, new siding, new paint, new yard. What went in was a house people want to live in. What came out was proof that a complete transformation — structure, systems, and finish — is possible under one team, on one timeline, with one standard applied to every inch of the job.
