OUR STORY
Started With a Hammer.Built on 40 Years.
Chad Rayon got into construction the way most great tradespeople do — working alongside his father. That's where the instinct was built. The care that goes into a properly fitted cabinet. The satisfaction of a tile job that lines up perfectly. The pride of handing a finished space back to someone and watching their reaction. 40 years later, that same instinct drives every project Start To Finish Construction takes on.
Chad founded Start To Finish Construction in 2010 with a simple premise: treat every job — big or small — with the same passion, expertise, and integrity. Over 100 projects completed across Sandy, Oregon and the Portland metro area. The name isn't just a tagline. It's how we work.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Over 100 Projects.Every One of Them Matters.
“Chad is first class. He is a meticulous craftsman and honest in every way. His prices are fair and he does an outstanding job cleaning up after himself. I plan on using his skills again in the near future on other work I need done.”
“I've been so lucky to have Start To Finish do my kitchen, master bathroom, and all the construction inside our business. Not to mention a ton of other small projects. I know that the job will always be done right. Chad has great ideas and has always done a fantastic job for us.”
“We have had Start To Finish do multiple projects in our home. The most notable was a complete master bathroom remodel and a Trex deck and railing in our backyard. Both projects were completed just as we wanted — or better — in a timely manner. They are very careful to keep your home clean in the midst of a remodel. That attention to detail is very much appreciated. We will no doubt use Start To Finish in the future.”
