Do you supply the tile or do I source it myself?
Either works. We can recommend suppliers and materials based on your project and budget, or you can source the tile yourself and we install it. We'll advise on quantities and flag any material quality concerns before the job starts.
How long does a tile installation take?
A kitchen backsplash typically takes 1 to 2 days. A full bathroom tile job takes 3 to 5 days including substrate prep, installation, and grouting dry time. Larger floor tile projects depend on square footage and pattern complexity.
Can you install large-format tiles like 24x48?
Yes. Large-format tile requires specific substrate preparation and installation techniques to control lippage. We've installed large-format porcelain and stone across multiple projects — it's not a job to hand to a general handyman.
Do you do flooring as a standalone job or only as part of a renovation?
Both. We take on standalone flooring projects — hardwood, LVP, or tile throughout a home — as well as flooring as part of a broader remodel. Same crew, same standard.
